8/9 Update: Water temp is 81°. Iron Girl will be non-wetsuit legal. For those needing a wetsuit, there will be a wetsuit wave, but participants will be eliminated from any awards. Wetsuit wave will be the last wave, Wave 13.
Online registration closes at 11:59pm Monday, August 5, 2019.
Registration will be available at the expo on Saturday, August 10, 2019.
There will be NO race day registration.
Transfer & Refund Policies
All participant entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not transfer or sell your race number to another person and we do not offer deferrals to events in the next season or another event in the series.

USAT Age Up Rule
All USAT races, including the Iron Girl Pleasant Prairie presented by Kenosha Subaru, will use the “Age Up Rule” for award distribution and ranking. The age up rule means you are racing based on your age as of 12/31/2019. This action aligns regular U.S. age group racing with the method used by USA Triathlon for its National Rankings Program
All participants are expected to attend packet pick up Saturday in person. This is due insurance liability mandates. All participants must show a photo ID, and all USAT annual members additionally must show their membership card. Per USAT rules, each participant must pick up their own packet. NO EXCEPTIONS. A unique wristband will be affixed at this time which must remain on through to the end of the race.

Packet Pick-up and Bike Racking Rules: You must pick up your packet and rack your bike on Saturday at the expo. Please email [email protected] if you are unable to pick up your packet on Saturday.
Special notice to participants in regard to USAT Membership for Registration:
Participants MUST bring proof of annual membership or purchase a one-day permit. Athletes who do not bring/show proof of membership must purchase a one-day OR will not be allowed to race. If you purchased the one day license when you registered, your name will be on a list we have and you do not need to bring anything other than photo ID.
Participants who forget their USAT membership cards will have four options:
– Go” back” and get your card. – Print off a temporary membership card from the USAT web site, www.usatriathlon.org – Purchase a $15.00 one-day license – Renew your annual membership online and bring proof of renewal
Please remember to pack your USAT membership card. Don’t leave home without it!
Competitive Wave – The Competitive Wave has been created for our more experienced athletes looking to really push themselves this year. This group will be seeded in Wave 1 and will compete for first overall. The recommended finishing time to our Competitive Wave athletes is 1:25:00. Please note: Athletes registered in the competitive wave will not be eligible for Age group awards. There will be an award for the first overall winner.
